my Mission

I want to breed a wave of women with a grounded relationship to themselves, a clear vision of their passions and desires, and a relentless pursuit to perpetually expand and grow - utilizing fitness and nutrition as: a means to nurture, a vehicle to higher versions of self, and an exercise of awareness and capability - so that they can develop a true connection to who they are, what does and doesn’t serve them, and their mission in the world.

I want to lead by example, show that a rock bottom you can’t come back from doesn’t exist, and that rock bottom makes for a damn good foundation for what you are about to build. How your life can transform when you decide to take the time to face what terrifies you and change the way you live, so you can change the way you shape the life around you.

 
 
 

SUMMER SHRED

Summer Shred is a 6 week program that is designed to be repeated for a total of 12 weeks of training. It will test you physically and mentally, but you will come out much stronger in the end. Created to burn fat while building muscle, accompanied with good nutrition, this program will get you RESULTS. Options for coaching, coaching with macros, and just training only.

the lioness life

September 2018 was the first time I took a trip by myself. In Sarah fashion, I went all in on a 6 week road trip from Ohio to California. It was a trip of risk taking, self discovery, and finally spreading my wings alone. I fell in love with the freedom of the road. So much so, I took a second 8 week solo road trip August 2019. I couldn’t get enough. New places. New people. New views. New challenges. So I decided to go all in again, but this time in a new truck... and a fifth wheel to live in across the country. The rest of the story is being written now…
